We are servant leaders building bridges of trust with clients and candidates. We focus on listening, empathy and addressing the needs of both.
All of our services are centered on bringing people together for winning results, matching clients with people needs. We are very flexible in how we make those connections, filling full-time and part time positions, finding consultants and finding executives and staff on an interim basis.
Search. We look for the “purple squirrels,” candidates that match difficult skill and culture requirements of our clients. We find both active and passive candidates. We work with clients on a Contingent Exclusive basis. We only get paid when an offer is accepted and clients agree to use us for a limited time on an exclusive basis. This combines the best elements of contingent and retained searches.
Consultants. Our focus is in finance and accounting, human resources, organizational culture development and all aspects of talent management and acquisition. We also have a strong network of “bridgers,” cross-functional and cross-cultural experts who are expert working in two or more functional areas like accounting and information technology.
Interim Assignments. We have executives and managers who can fill an a position on an interim basis. Back-filling for employees working on enterprise wide projects and filling positions while permanent replacements are found.
Executive Coaches. We have a strong network of coaches who implement developmental needs of individuals and organizations.
