About Us

We help great clients find and keep great talent. We provide talent  for permanent positions, consulting and temporary staffing. We focus on helping candidates with their careers, and in doing that we discover great talent for our clients.

Our Mission

We align the cultures of our clients and candidates.  We believe in  working with companies and candidates who show qualities that we call the Five H Culture™ (Hard Workers, High Achievers, Humble, Happy and Honest). We are servants building bridges of trust with clients and candidates. We focus on listening, empathy and addressing the needs of both.

  • Candidate-Centric

    Our Candidates define the quality of our firm. We are “candidate-centric,” always seeking to build relationships with an ever-increasing network of great talent, both employed and in transition that may become candidates for future searches.

  • Cultural Fit

    We identify candidates through our networks and advertisements and then interview candidates by phone and in person. We then select only the top three to five candidates for presentation to our clients. We don’t “spray and pray.”

  • Relationships of Trust

    We use either a Exclusive Contingent or Retained Search model in permanent search and a contingent basis for consultants. The key is having relationships of trust with our clients.
    In our model we commit our time and effort without payment until the client hires a candidate. In return, the client gives us a period of exclusivity, allowing us to commit resources to market the opportunity and identify the best candidates.
