Permanent Search

We do Retained and Exclusive Contingent Searches on a global basis for Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing and Operations executives and local searches for staff down to senior accountants or HR generalists. We qualify our candidates in five areas before presenting them to clients:

  • Cultural Fit
  • Needed skills and experience
  • Interest in the Opportunity
  • Fitting within the compensation targets of our clients
  • That they are being presented to the client for the first time

We don’t “spray and pray.” We identify candidates through our networks and advertisements and then interview candidates by phone and in person. We then select only the top three to five candidates for presentation to our clients.


We also work on consulting and temporary to permanent situations. The principles behind our methodology are the same for finding permanent placements or for consultants and temporary staffing. In every case we are matching the best talent for the culture, skills and experience needed by our client.
