John Casey

Managing Director

John Casey has a passion for bringing talent and companies together to maximize shareholder value. He has a Harvard MBA in International Marketing and Finance and a BA from Georgetown University. His career includes six years as CEO and 13 years as CFO. Starting with Baxter Travenol and PepsiCo International, John learned marketing of branded industrial and consumer products. He became expert in sales, finance, manufacturing and distribution.
John served in the Peace Corps in Africa and worked in Egypt and Spain. His recent experience is in food processing, consulting and talent management.

Janice Leger

Director, Talent Acquisition

Janice Leger has more than 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition arena encompassing all phases of recruiting, human resources, management and development of business partnerships within a corporate or client environment. She assists clients with the identification of top talent in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Sales and Human Resources and is passionate in helping candidates in their search for their next career move. Janice got her education at the University of North Texas. She is active in networking and professional groups of financial executives and professionals such as Institute of Management Accounting and Financial Executives Networking Group.

Rebecca Luff

Director, Talent Acquisition

Rebecca Luff is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) with an emphasis in talent acquisition and talent management. She has over 20 years of broad-based experience in corporate human resources and search consulting roles. Rebecca has successfully staffed and managed individual and large consulting and search engagements in accounting, finance, human resources, operations and sales and marketing, in multiple markets. Her industry experience includes financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, energy, retail, professional services, and technology. Rebecca received her education from Richland College and the University of Dallas in Business Communications and Human Resources. She is active in the Society of Human Resources Mgmt., the Dallas HR Assoc., the National Assoc. of Personnel Consultants, and the DFW Texas Recruiter’s Network.
